50NL 6max. Fish donks and keeps betting half pot, missed draw or weird value?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) CO: $50.00
BN: $50.00
SB: $33.92
BB: $55.58 (Hero)
UTG: $61.25
MP: $22.48
Almost no hands on villain, but how this hand plays together with the small stack villain is playing, very likely to be a fish.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with K K
UTG folds, MP calls $0.50, 2 folds, SB calls $0.25, Hero raises to $3.00, MP folds, SB calls $2.50
Flop ($6.50) A 7 J
SB bets $3.00, Hero calls $3.00
Turn ($12.50) A 7 J 6
SB bets $6.00, Hero calls $6.00
River ($24.50) A 7 J 6 9
SB bets $11.50, Hero calls $11.50

How would you interpret these bets in general? If the sizing would be higher on later streets I guess it would be strong. However, this sizing made me curious to look.

I'd fold river, these small sizes are more like mediocre Ax than a bluff. Not excited to call turn either, but guess have to vs somewhat small lead.
No need to call KK here, when you have enough Ax to be calling those donk bets

Agreed. Fold river. And I don’t think folding Turn would be bad.

You really just don’t see bad players making half-pot bets here as bluffs very often.

I think just calling down in this spot with all of your AK and AQ combos is good enough.

The biggest adjustment against players who donk with pair type hands on regular basis is not made when they donk. It is made when they check.
