when constructing my 4bet value range blind versus blind, how may i want to widen or narrow it?

How wide must BB's 3bet stat be?
When he calls the 4bet, i'm uncertain of what range to assign him. Occasionally villains just don't get it in pre with AK, otherwise mostly AQs AJs maybe KQs? and JJ-99?

This is an odd turn sizing when his Kx hands are pretty much the nuts. He could probably bet much smaller. Either i check shove if i feel he floated me OR i check fold?
