50nl, 3 hands bluff with no equity bad?
My question is how bad it is ? Should i bluff only with equity hands? like GS/BDFD etc... ? They also have 60% open on BTN and CO .
Can it be good exploit strategy cbet 50% turn and 55-60% turn(given math we need only 30% folds if we bet 50%) .vs players who open 60% and fold to 3bet is low like40- 50 % .

it worked so must be good, lel
Hand 1
3 bet pre is a waste of money. You have to take hands that at least can make something when called, like suited Q8 works much better.
OTF you will get floated a lot, not to mention not even 44 or 66 will ever fold. Turn will fold out his floats, but thats it.
Hand 2
3 betting pre with this hand is much better, flop c-bet is good given that you can rep many strong Ax hands. Turn again, I think you got lucky to run into TT-QQ that calls once, give up. An Ace shouldnt fold here.
Hand 3
Is pretty much the same as hand 1. You seem to randomly bluff which should only be done with a rock solid read. I believe you got lucky to run into the right hands/players at the right moment.
"vs players who open 60% and fold to 3bet is low like40- 50 % ." Against these guys, you are better off 3betting hands like 99, AJ, QTs, so an expanded value range. Raising crap is deadly as the 3 bet gets called too often and we are oop.
you play nl50, you have to consider how does your total range looks like and what does 3betting q7o imply about your range.
So, q7o is gonna be really bad (esp if you dont have a flatting range in the SB, which seems prudent in the games nowadays): you just dont need to defend that wide, or bb/btn will absolutely crush you. K9s is slightly superior, but it still should exploitative adjustment, not a default 3b.
A3o is probably fine: when we consider our range, we need to defend a lot and if you do choose to 3b polarized and flat middling hands, you prob cant find much better candidates to 3b bluff with. This changes if villain minraised, we'd have to defend even more and A3o would become a flatcall (and we'd 3b bluff with much worse hands). Fwiw: this is one of the approaches. The other advocates 3betting a bit more linearly. The are pros and cons to each approach.
Thank you guys and agreed about Q7 burning money ,i should go deeper in it to make call/3b range @ blinds. btw 15% linearly range have 56% vs btn range when he called 3b .(he open 60% , his fold to 3bet 50% ) so vs 30% we have 56% equity.
