BB is recreational player who I haven't played a ton with. What makes this spot difficult is he is def a splashy player. I think it's possible he can be attacking the small bet, but with him being on the BB preflop, and almost closing the action preflop as well, I think it's totally plausible for him to have things like 85cc, 76o, J7o, Q2cc+, 66, 77 etc in range. I think he for sure can have some A off combos with a C in hand, but not sure how frequently he will be flop raising them. Even tho the pot is 5-way, I don't think he is going to be super aware just how strong my range is going to be, and will likely look at the 1/4 bet and make decisions off that. I think he would raise AJo preflop, but maybe some gets limped as well being OOP.
I ended up folding, but in hindsight I think I should at the very least be calling flop. And honestly be looking to call the turn unless a 4th club comes and he jams(as a lot of his bluffing range will be Ac).
Maybe being put in this situation is a solid reason to be checking the flop too and beginning to put money in the pot after the turn has rolled off
