I have no significant reads on how CO is playing. However he is Russian, has a large stack and is hiding from search, which usually means a regular. Also, the zoom player pool tends to play slightly nittier than the regular player pool. I put him on KK+ exclusively when he 3-bet/5-bet jams in this spot. Is that a reasonable estimation here? Should I just be calling his 3-bet if I'm not happy to stack off?

hm tough spot...
I think this is a spot where villain has really often AK and QQ in his range because there is so much dead money that it can't really be a mistake to stack off with AK or QQ here.
So ya I think you can happily stack it off with AKs and QQ in this specific spot, with good reads that CO is a real big nit you should just call his 3bet but you don't have these reads yet!
However if it was heads up you should just call his 3bet and play postflop. 4bet/broke is only an option because of the 2 coldcallers.
BB is a fish and probabky has ATs or JJ u need to take that into consideration (gives you an equity boost).
Without any info on the rest of the players I would have just called his 3bet. There are two villains who are coldcalling a 3bet from CO to UTG. Besides, most people don't 3bet JJ- vs UTG. So, what worse hands do you expect they call you when you go all-in?. It's a difficult spot, because I could jam due to all dead money there is already on the pot but only If I knew the CC are fish and the 3bettor is a loose player.
Your 4B sizing is really weak. They can profitably call vs your 4B with anything. Yep. Anything.
