4B pot pre

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $14.87 (Hero)
SB: $10.47
BB: $15.46
UTG: $9.52
MP: $12.84
CO: $12.32
no reads on players
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with 9 Q
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.25, SB calls $0.20, BB raises to $0.90, Hero raises to $2.00, SB calls $1.75, BB calls $1.10
after raise call i think the bb can have a wider ranger of hands he may be SQ with
this is a hand i normally have in my 4B range
but i didnt expect two callers
Flop ($6.00) 3 7 9
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $2.50, SB folds, BB calls $2.50
on fop i wanna defend my hand since i think there can be a lot of AQ AJ A10 type hands KQs JQs 10Js etc
i went for abut 40% of the pot im not sure if i should have went a little bigger wither there been two callers pre
Turn ($11.00) 3 7 9 4
BB checks, Hero checks
on this turn he can still have OVC which he might have floated possibly 77 or the 1 combo of 99
i wasnt sure if to continue betting here or to go for pot control and call the river
River ($11.00) 3 7 9 4 2
BB bets $5.20, Hero calls $5.20
the river brings in the flush
i dont know if i though about me winning or losing but the fact my plan was to check turn and call river i went with it
i think he can have for value all his broadway diamonds 77 99
not sure about 1010

and bluffs maybe 10J some AJ AQ maybe some KQ with a diamond
what do people think

little bit iffy all the way. mayby the bb was 3b to much, but on this stakes u want more often just fold to the 3b. if u really want to exploit the bb and give him some fold equity raise higher.

as played aldo the river bet is small but where still have to fold

This hand has plenty of equity to call and has weakish blockers to strong hands. The combination means that is unlikely to be a profitable 4-bet in a vacuum, so you should call preflop.

Postflop play is standard. Folding to small bets with top pair is highly exploitable and readless would be a large mistake.

If you compare a players BB 3b v btn open to bb sq v btn open sb cc, you will find the sq range is significantly tighter and stronger. This makes boith your plan and hand choice pretty poor.
As the others point out, Q9s is plenty good enough to call 3b IP, so just do that.
As played, flop and turn fine, river once the bb sq's/calls, x/c flop - not knowing if SB will x/r - then makes a 50bb river bet, you'll likely see a strong hand more often than in theory you should.
