4b defend, range play on Kxx

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $25.75 (Hero)
SB: $30.42
BB: $25.37
UTG: $21.10
MP: $32.80
CO: $25.25
villain unknown
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BN with J J
2 folds, CO raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.25, 2 folds, CO raises to $5.25, Hero calls $3.00
Flop ($10.85) K 3 4
CO bets $3.75, Hero calls $3.75
Turn ($18.35) K 3 4 5
CO bets $16.25 and is all in

How do you defend yourself here? I think I'd be incentivised to 5b AK pre so I basically never show up with Kx here. Is that a mistake? Should I still be flatting AK in these positions esp. vs unknown? If not, QQ is basically the top of my range and it looks like an awesome spot for him to bet twice with a very wide range cause he can balance it with KK+, AK, some Kx bluffs which is a whole lot of combos. I'm sure the average unknown / prob. reg is still underbluffing by far but I'm curious how you go about this spot a) as is b) in theory / vs good regs.

i play 0.10/0.25 6max and i agree the avg reg is not bluffing enough in theses spot but there is a number of players who will 4b light here, i dont mind the call on the pre and the call on the flop, turn is a fold unless you have any info, i do like to flat in theses situations with hands like AA and KK sometime to balance my calling range and against regs who i dont have info on to get some kind of idea on what hands there 4B

3bet some of your K9s-KQs, instead of flatting 100% of time. flat some AKo and some AA/KK to 4bets.

To me JJ seems more like a jam than AK. AK should do Great vs the 4b-blufs, whereas JJ benefits from FE more.

Yes, I think defending AK instead of 5b jamming probably makes the biggest difference. And I think it especially makes sense vs unknown because hardly any one is calling off wider than QQ+, AK w/o history here, so there isn't a ton of value in 5betting AK I suppose. 3betting KQs-K9s is valid too but I wouldn't do that vs unknown and probably not call a 4bet with K9s, probably not even KTs as a std.
I don't think turning JJ into a bluff is great though. The same argument still holds for worse PPs so I'd chose one that's outside of my flatting range.

I also think pre is actually a decent spot to very frequently slowplay KK+ if we don't have any 4b/5b history and assume he's reggy. I think hardly anyone gets it in wider than QQ+, AK as a std here so we probably make more money from his bluffs postflop than jamming vs his tight gii range.

Tbh I don't like to 3bet/call JJ here, I'd prefer to 5bet vs aggro villain (3bet range from btn is wide, so it could be wider also his 4bet range) and to fold vs a nitty player. When we call we just have to hope to set since we are in trouble on any A, K or Q high flop, and we can reverse a lot on baby flops. I would 3bet call just with a deeper stack, maybe 150bb+
