Definitely 45s is not kinda hand we do want to 3bet every time OOP.

If he's calling wide IP, isn't is better to fold preflop?
I would bet bigger on the turn.
You have to jam the river, I doubt he bets a lot worse himself but he could call wide. Also by checking you turn your hand into a bluffcatcher and your hand is too strong for that imo.
got to bet riv here. you will have missed a lot of bluffs that picked up eq on the turn so he could call down weak. i would value bet thin here and wouldnt chose this hand to check call.

I agree, I like the whole hand.
this hand is only intresting if you would not have rivered 2 pair tbh. Would u have jammed if the river was an A, K , Q , J , T ,7?
also why 3bet pre if he calls wide. Secondly you are turning your hand into a bluff ott which is fine but what are you planning to do on rivers? As played with the rivered 2 pair check calling would be tje worst option since he is probably not going to turn a hand like 99 into a bluff and if he floated the flop with like Kx he will never fold river anyways
