this was my thinking process, I was almost 100% sure that he didn't have a flush because I block the ace, K,J,T of hearts are on the board so I thought he would've called with QQ,JJ,AA,AK,AQ, but I've seen him 4bet all of his AK, AA, KK so I excluded them (this part I was right).
Also I didn't think he would call with 89s a 3bet oop, but maybe I'm wrong and he did the right thing

Your 3bet should be always at least 3x the open and when 200bb deep I'd 3bet even larger. When this deep it is +EV for villain to call wider especially when you offered him this price. If you 3bet to let's say 20 cents, he would not flat as many drawy hands.
Note that villain opened only 2.5x, that made his call even easier. He had the odds to call.
yeah i think 3b was too small, villian is probley gonna call with everyhand he has opened there since he hes getting suck good odds to call hes getting close to 3:1
