Live game Las Vegas 2 5 game

Its a soft game, and 8/9 have 1k stacks. Very loose pf, and lots of live tells. There are three fish in the game that are willing to stack off with top pair in limped pots There have been a lot of limped pots. im trying to play as many pots with the fish often limping with the table with a wide range.
I know its not GTO, but i think every games different, and in this situation i thought this would be a good strategy. Is this wrong???

should I 4 bet here??? How much? i dont want him to fold a pair, and if he can make 2 pair i can get his stack. His range has lots of kj, j9 ja, hands, so i think seeing a turn card is right here. calling on scary turns, and raising/betting good turn cards.
