4 bet pot, AQ very dry board

BB: Eilert E.: $5.65
HJ: RusOkulist: $5
CO: D_Piero1988: $7.31
BN: The Rajar: $10.41
SB: raafek: $6.71
Preflop ($0.07) (5 Players)
The Rajar was dealt Q A
RusOkulist raises to $0.15, D_Piero1988 folds, The Rajar raises to $0.50, raafek folds, Eilert E. folds, RusOkulist raises to $1.12, The Rajar calls $0.62
I am not a big fan of 3bet light, in this situation I obviously 3bet villain for value. He 4bet me and I was thinking about folding, but he gave me a good price, so I called.
Flop ($2.46) 3 5 7 (2 Players)
RusOkulist checks, The Rajar checks
Really strange check by him, it kinda trappy check. I decided to check back.
Turn ($2.46) 3 5 7 4 (2 Players)
RusOkulist checks, The Rajar checks
He check twice to me and I was thinking about betting, but realized that his range is really strong.
My question is: should I try to bet the turn?
Which hands he can check twice?
River ($2.46) 3 5 7 4 J (2 Players)
RusOkulist bets $1.38, The Rajar folds
He bet the river, what hand he could represent here?
I was thinking about fold and only.
Final Pot
RusOkulist wins $2.21
Should I just fold to 4bet pre? Any mistakes? What do you think?
