UTG is a weak player, 50ish vpip low pfr. BU is a inconspicious TAG. I have no clue what to do on the flop with the PFA behind me. BU might have a decent clue and incentive to raise and scoop up all the dead money if i flat here and the recreational guy decides to let go his random hand.

I'd flat. It's kinda gross for the reasons you stated, but then again you should be somewhat protected from getting bluffraised because of the funplayer that's also in the pot. So if her raises, he probably has you beat or has very good equity.
Agreed. Messy spot, but I’d have a really hard time folding this flop, especially with the backdoor draws.
Agreed. I also don't think that you're going to get messed with all that often on the flop. Button is basically never going to raise without at least a draw here so probably AK/AQ type hands but they might just be happy to see a cheap turn in this situation and try to hit their gutshots.
