After the raise his range is pretty much Ax+, FDs and maybe few 6s5s type of hands. Does he really know that this board is favorable for my range?

If the previous assumption is true, I do think I might be heroing with AK+.. its pretty rare to see even AQ since the bottom of my calling range is AQ and FDs are naturally too weak for bluffcatching.
If his FCB is that high, I would make an exploitative fold.. holding the Qc is not the best as well. So calling AQ+ without a club maybe.

Is there any difference playing this in a vacuum and against this specific player in terms of our turn decision?
After a quick check in equilab, I have concluded that he needs to be bluffing more than 5 combos as well as value betting his AQ. (This is the case when he is raising all twopair+ OTF)
