I think he should be betting most of his Ax OTT given how many draws there are but I feel like a whole lot of players at these stakes like to delay their 1-street of value till the river with pretty strong holdings actually. His sizing also looks a bit scary and he probably have very few hands in his range that didn't make any pair or strong enough draw to bet on earlier streets. OTOH it looks polarizing enough to where I wouldn't expect him to vbet KQ anymore.
I tend to think this is still a reasonably easy fold but I wonder if we should call this in theory vs a really good opponent?!
Plot twist: He has been from Sweden, so autocall right? :D

Difficult to say if we don't know villain stats; however, he bets ~75% pot OTR on a two busted draws board, is difficult for him to get paid, the only value hands he can have I think are some sets (99, sometimes 44 and 22 if he is the typical swedish lag :D) that want to be paid from Ax, and just AQ, trying to get value from AK and some AJ/AT. But they are very few combos, it seems to me more an attempt to steal the flop (since you checked 2 streets).
