i have HM1 and can´t convert my Handhistory?? Hase anybody some ideas, why not??

I am always lost in these Spots. I 3bet or Squeeze in BB, Sb calls, and i don´t hit. How should i Play in these Spots?? Most of the times, the Sb´s Range ist Pcoketpair heavy, but sometimes he has AQ, KQs, KJs. I don´t know, but it feels always to weak to check down, if i don´t hit! Any ideas??
