3bet ranges - BB vs in-position open (micros)

Hello! For quite a long time I had a leak that I never really defended my big blind by 3bet bluffing. I recently put some thought into it but I'm not totally satisfied by my results. I'll preface this topic with this example hand:

10NLz on Stars
CO is tagged as reg, 25/20 over 54 hands
folds to CO, CO opens 2.5x, folds to BB

How do we play our range in the BB?

3bets for value: My intuition tells me to 3bet JJ+, AQ+ for value. What about AJo/AJs? What about TT? KQs? For now, let's assume we stay at a conservative JJ+, AQ+ (56 combos)

Calls: 22-TT, A2-AJ, K2s+, K9o+, Q5s+, Q9o+, J7s+, J9o+, T7s+, T9o, 96s+, 98o, 85s+, 87o, 75s+, 65s, 54s (just a rough estimate)

3bet bluffs: from my understanding, in theory we never want to 3bet bluff with good calling hands. That means, good candidates are usually hands that are just too weak to call. Additionally, I think we want to make sure to have good playability, so suited hands are drastically preferred. I would create my range out of hands like Q4s, J6s, T6s, 95s, 84s, 74s, 64s, 53s and make sure to get to a bluff:value ratio of about 1.5 as I feel villains overfold in these spots. These hands still play pretty poorly postflop and are demolished by villain's calling range.

Should I go away from a strictly polarized ranging approach in spots like this and opt to 3bet calling hands like 98s, KTs, JTs? What are your thoughts in these situations? Also, without further reads, what bluff:value ratio do you think is acceptable?
