[3bet pot]CO: A7s vs reg BB. bluffing spot?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (5 Players) BN: $11.47
SB: $37.34
BB: $31.53
UTG: $17.82
CO: $27.63 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with 7 A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BN folds, SB raises to $2.60, BB folds, Hero calls $1.85
I believe you could argue that this is a Fold pre flop, but villain 3bet me to 10 bb's which is quite small in my opinion. If I open 3x his 3bet sizing probably should be around 12-13 bb's
Flop ($5.45) K J 8
SB bets $1.72, Hero calls $1.72
Not the best flop but i'll continue vs 1/3 with bdfd with an overcard.
Turn ($8.89) K J 8 6
SB checks, Hero checks
I believe i'm mostly giving up since i'll have better bluffs in this spot.
River ($8.89) K J 8 6 Q
SB checks, Hero bets $5.40
I don't believe I have any showdown value so i tried to fire a barrel to make it look like I have an AQ type hand or a QJs.

Villain looks like a decent aggressive regular 27/23/13.3/47 (vpip/pfr/3bet/f3bet) over 3K hands sample. WWSF 48, WTSD 33

Looks everytging a little too loose to me, but not too bad.
Playability of A6-A9s is even ip not so great, so i still prefer folding pre even for the good price.
Floating flop seems also pretty loose as the A could be pretty tainted for you and this board hits Villains range decently.
As played: river bluff gets mandatory
