Assume the villain has reasonable ranges. no blatant exploitable reads.

Hero bets $2.50,
CO calls $2.50
i'm sure this is an obvious cbet, i have good equity when called and can fold out some small pairs.

Hero checks,
CO checks
So my main question: Now, what if the villain is very stubborn and is taking all his top pair hands to showdown and some midpair combos too? if i knew villain is capable of folding i would simply barrel off
once the villain calls, if i bet the turn i feel i'm simply folding out those hands i beating anyway, almost all his straight draws. remember i feel this villain will be stubborn and not fold out Kx and AJ/QJ maybe JT OTT
if i am gonna call a bet i might as well be betting myself then?

Hero checks,
CO bets $6.75,
Hero folds
i would possibly even find a call OTR if it wasnt a ten and i knew my opponent was SD happy ie. he would play passive and check back his one pair hands, maybe value bet KQ+ ... which might of bet the turn.
Final Pot
CO
wins $9.60
i just don't think i get enough folds on the turn. is my raw equity enough to make another bet?
