3b sizings with additional callers
How big do I size if say for example CO opens to 2,5 bbs, BTN calls and we 3b from SB. If button wouldn't have called I would 3b to 10 bbs. How much should I increase the size? Right now I'm making it 12,5 bbs in this spot as a general rule, is that too big?
How much should I increase the size per additional caller?
