Did I make a mistake not raising on this flop? As played, what should I do when he donks again on turn?

Call turn reev rvr
Call turn & probably fold river unimproved.
He does that with AA(6), KK(1), QQ(3), JJ(3), AQ(12), QJ(9) (I dont know if he would flat 3b with this kind of holding...any reads?) and AsKx(2) (even though I think he 4b most of the time). I don't think you should call turn to fold river 80% of the time, which is when you don't improve, since you don't have odds to do this (I am assuming he is check/folding river if a spade comes when he doesn't have the As and that he is not turning a set into a bluff. If this assumption is wrong you can call) and the As is in his range. Folding turn seems weak but I cant see many hands that you are in good shape against. Calling down doesn't feel good either because he is not value betting 3 streets with worse, maybe AQ but it is the only one (maybe he has KQ in his range too?). Any read about what his flatting pre range is like would be helpful. If those broadway hands (AQ, KQ, QJ, KT) are all in his range I would call down; if his 3b flatting range is tighter the best is to fold
