hero...?

Deep with the small blind on the button, so far SB is 28/24/3 over 200 hands. seems to be aggressive post flop but low 3bet so far, small sample

I decided to value raise the turn even though honestly i don't have many bluffs or value hands here so maybe an argument for calling but my assumption at the time was his seemingly tight 3bet range was loaded with Kx / value betting and i want to set stacks for the river. i think he probably jams KK+ most of time on the turn so when the river makes a flush, it's basically Kx and some flushes like AQ, KcXx hands so i start to wonder if AK is really calling a shove for 100bb's here.... betting small is also weirdish i guess but on the plus i never expect to get bluff raised...... shove? check? small valuebet? do we use stats to influence our decision here?
