3/6 Party HU: not so common tough spot (featuring huge bets in singleraised pot)

SB: $829.50 (Hero)
BB: $716.50
Preflop ($9.00) (2 Players)
Hero was dealt A 5
Hero raises to $9, BB calls $6
Flop ($24.00) 3 Q 8 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks
Turn ($24.00) A (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $18, BB raises to $102, Hero calls $84
He´s done that a few (3-4) times before and I folded each time. Note the size of the bet in relation the pot.
River ($228.00) 6 (2 Players)
BB bets $318
We´re getting 1,72:1 or 37% on a call here.
This is the same guy as in the other thread I just posted. Copy & Paste:

"I was playing ~400 hands over 2 anonymous tables against this guy. He definitely was a reg and was playing 100% vpip from the sb and 63% from the bb (while I was 3x my buttons). His 3bet was ~25% and he was folding to 3bets 50% (while I was 3betting 15%). His fold to cbet in 3bet pots was 0%. For what it´s worth he didnt seem to be valuebetting very thinly."

Up to that point he had not chk/raised the flop a single time, but was folding to cbet only 17%, which is why I started to check back quite a bit on the flop. I delayed cbet here and he raises pretty big as he did a few times before. What´s your play on the river and why?

Thanks.
