Ok so preflop I can call too and keep the presumable fish in the pot but it's zoom so the quote on quote fish is nutmining anyway so there is not really much value in toppairs if noone pays you off. So I think the 3bet is fine.
On the flop my range has not really an equity advantage but I can have the higher pocketairs like KK and AA whereas he can't, but he can have 99,88 which are hands that I probably wouldn't 3bet pre.
When I have AQ I think I can only bet/fold, and keep on barreling, give it up immediately or check/raise. I initially thought that I would get folds from 99 and TT because the pool is very honest in these spots, especially if he doesn't know me, he has to expect me to have it here.........
but he reshipped it apparantly with AKo I mean wtf...
I analyzed the hand, my check/raise is debatable but my call was just bad, it's kinda close depending on his range but I don't have enough equity to call it off.
Well I WOULD have enough equity if he 4bets QQ pre, slowplays 88 on the flop and only goes broke with 99-JJ but that is a quite optiistic assumption so I think my call was -EV.
What do you think about the flop play in general? Should I think about balance here? Just check/fold flop...?
I don't wanna be too weak in spots where I can steal some pots if both people have mediocre holdings.
