I am surprised I checked this turn I must not have been paying attention.

24/17 reg who opens BTN 50% and folds to 3bet 65%.
4bet range 2%.
He is not overly aggressive, 46% WWSF and does not bet that much vs checks.
So I messed this hand up by not betting turn, but even so is this always a call because it is hard to tell what we beat?
He would probably bet most of his bluffs on the flop.
