I feel like I could play 3 bet pots a lot better. Here is a hand, I would like comments on.

Villian is 34/13-5.0. His raise first from CO is 33 %. Fold to 3 bet is 0 % (out of 3).

Do we cbet here and shove some turns? Note that he started the hand with 79 bbs

I´d probably just check and fold. This board hits his range pretty well and you´ll get called a ton on the flop - and then you stand there with K-high on a pot of 40bb with like 60bb left effective,

Your value from 3-betting this guy comes from him calling too much and paying you off postflop when you hit or fold to your cbet on favorable boards. No need to fight on EVERY board runout though.
