my question here is for river decision, should i just be shoving myself on the river? like when i check and he shove like this im put in a weird decision cause if he has KQ or QJ im just fucked

This one is pretty tough. A lot of our turn bluffs improve on the K (ATs, T9s, AK), however I'm guessing those just benefit mostly from jamming, maybe with the exception of AK. Our opponent should have very few bluffs here (I'm guessing limited to pretty much AJ, maybe some underpairs if he makes an ambitious turn call), but he also has very few value bets when we block the Q. I think QJ is too loose of a jam for IP, so that leaves him with JJ, A3s and KQo.
Since our opponent seems pretty loose I probably just end up clicking call but not super thrilled about it.

I don't know if this helps, but you also block slowplayed AA and AT.
