3 bet pot oop - Top straight hit turn vs flush possible

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (5 Players) SB: $21.24 (Hero)
BB: $0.00
UTG: $20.00
CO: $38.16
BN: $20.20
Opponent is VPIP31 / PFR 25 / 3B 11 / F3B 60% on 175 hands.
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is SB with T K
CO raises to $0.60, BN folds, Hero raises to $2.20, UTG folds, CO calls $1.60
I decided to 3 bet there, I am expecting a lot of Fold Preflop. I do think 3bet this hand is pretty standard.
Flop ($4.60) J 4 A
Hero bets $1.60, CO calls $1.60
I do think the board is more in my advantage. I can have the AA, AJ+, AQ, Axs, JJ.
Bet sizing wise, I am not sure I play it well, But I do CBet 1/3BSP most of the time. I am not sure it is a good sizing oop though!
Turn ($7.80) J 4 A Q
Hero bets $7.00, CO raises to $34.36 and is all in, Hero calls $10.44 and is all in
I complete my Straight, but the flush could be completed too.
I decided to bet close to pot size, more for protection cause any heart on river will give me troubles.
I can get value from AK,AQ,AJ,Axs, JJ, an unlikely AA.
Then he raises all in...

Hello,
This is my hand to review.
Any comments is welcome.
Will you Cbet Flop? what would be your bet sizing if you Cbet?
What action will you take on the turn?
What opponent range you put him on?

Thank you guys.

On turn I would bet standard size 2/3 and call his shove. He can easily have ther AQ/AJ and some sets. Also board blocks a lot of his flushes so if he had flush then so be it.

Preflop and flop look fine to me.

The problem with the turn is your sizing. You’re leaving yourself only a half pot bet behind, which means you’re pot committed and looks incredibly strong, which again means that villain will likely fold anything you beat.

When a flush is possible, you generally want to bet small. This is because you’re otherwise unlikely to get action from any hand that is not a flush.

If villain is drawing to a flush, your goal is not to make them fold! It’s to make them call!

Till the turn it's totally fine by me as well..

Hmm, what's the bottom of our bet/calling range OTT? (Let's assume we use 2/3 sizing).

Mine would be probably sets+ (because I have some domination on AQ and also 10outs vs possible flush). I don't think I would b/c AQ here since I don't expect many bluffs and also he should be vbetting AJ which seems pretty thin to me esp. in today's games.. That said, "thinking opponent" might not find a raise with AQ, becuase he is isolating himself only vs better hands..

If our opponent is slightly weaker, he isn't aware of the fact that we don't have many flushes on this runout, so he is scared of being dominated with his AQ (he sees the board and his hand facing two barrels - imo it's more of an intuitive call than raise)
My point is that on a flush completing turn, I am not really sure that people are raising their top two. Therefore I might find an exploitative fold with KT. (I would call sets and flushes)
Against a fish I am just snap/calling the turn obv.
