villain is 28/22 after 229 hands / 87% fold to 3 bet pf / att to steal 37% / 1.6 agg / 52% c bet flop
i decided to 3 bet this hand cause villain seems like hes trying to steal a lot and folding to 3 bet a lot. plus, he seems like hes not very aggro post flop and not c betting lots of flop. i 3 bet to take it down pre flop.
when i pick up a gutshot on the turn, should i continu betting? since i picked up some equity and i have no showdown value, i feel like i should probably continu betting to make him fold TT 99
on the river, would it be a good spot to bluff as played? i have no showdown value and its i dont think villain as that much flush in his range after checking river

T7s falls into a region of my range I don't really like to 3bet BvB. BvB you should mostly 3bet hands that are clear calls vs 4bet and clear folds, but you can have some in between hands like this one. I rather just use a hand like A5o, K6o, 97o etc as my weak 3bets if villain folds too much.
Turn is a very high frequency barrel spot because the board texture connects weakly with SB call vs BB 3bet. Your exact hand plays well as both bet and check (a mix spot), and it's fine to check some FDs and bluff weaker hands here.
I think you have a clearly +EV bluff on the river and have no EV as check back (BXB bluffing are usually +EV in most spots vs population but not always higher EV than check back).
Thanks
I was thinking I would bet the turn and than check that blank river. But Kalupso's point about opponents range not connecting well with board has me second guessing myself.
have to bluff, it is not midstakes
I'd bluff at mid-stakes too 8)
pointing out here is much more +EV to bluff then in Midstakes (vs reg)
Why? They'll call down with ALOT. Some people call 3 barrels with the last one being an all in, with third pair
Best thing is to just mark who is calling station and who is nit, and violate them all
