Our opponent is a regular. I have 300 hands on him and he is a 25/20. Nothing weird about him. He folds to c bets 67%. He goes to showdown a bit often with a 32 WTSD. I haven't seen him being a calling station so far and he just seems a decent player.
How do you like my line? He tanked on both the turn and river. No insta-calls on all 3 streets. I put him on a mid pair, most likely. Sometimes a missed flush draw. Rarely a FH, rarely a flush.
He knows me as a 23/20, tagish player.

Is Q9o a standard open for you ? i fold pre , i wouldn't barrel the turn either. 67% fold vs cbet -> thats where your profit comes from.
It is, yes. No good?
True about the cbet. Interesting. Thank you
Co open is loose. I would open if either BTN was very tight or BB was a verry bad player.
As played turn is close it think, would have liked it much more w the Qc, not only do we have more equity but more important we block his QJcc,QTcc,KQcc hands. I guess once we fire turn this is one of our weakest hand we are going to have so i guess the bluff is all right, i agree hes got allot of 77,99,TT in his range.
How does a tighter range from the CO for opening look like? This hand is so standard for me to open and I need to tighten up my game a bit. Is there a good video about opening ranges for 6max No limit hold'em I can watch?
This is 24%: 22+,A2s+,K6s+,Q8s+,J8s+,T8s+,97s+,86s+,75s+,65s,54s,ATo+,KJo+,QJo,JTo and considered somewhat std co openrange imo.
Why do you put Q8s in a considered tighter openrange, if Q9s is to loose for you? ;-)
I see I am a bit too loose with my off-suited hands. The way I see that range is broadways, suied connectors, one gap suited connectors, pairs, Axs...
For me, A2o is also an open in the CO. A7 for sure. Also, K9o is in there for me. And then it obviously becomes a snowball. Because if A7o is good enough, why not Q8s?
So thank you. I am going to work on tightening up my CO a bit and stop thinking about the CO like its the button (you will be prob. shocked if you see my BTN opening range)
Q9 is too loose at 5nl because the rake is too high. Presumably reg is folding A high on this board so cbet seems fine, just check back turn.
oh sorry Numbers, that´s why i am using a 4 color deck :-D
