2NLz - turning 2nd pair into bluff 200bb deep?

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (6 Players) BN: $2.02
SB: $5.24 (Hero)
BB: $3.29
UTG: $5.73
MP: $2.22
CO: $4.10
Villain in CO is 4tabling from Belarus. Only 11 hands on him.
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is SB with J K
2 folds, CO raises to $0.05, BN folds, Hero raises to $0.18, BB folds, CO raises to $0.44, Hero calls $0.26
I should have 3bet bigger (maybe to $0.22) given that we are so deep. I always miss this stuff when 4tabling zoom... His 4bet was very small and I felt that I'm getting too good of a price to fold. Looking back at it, I am not sure anymore. Would KJs make a good 5bet bluff? Should I ever 5bet bluff in this spot in 2NLz? Should I just fold now?
Flop ($0.90) 7 A 2
Hero checks, CO bets $0.46, Hero calls $0.46
This is where I talk myself into floating out of position. My decision was heavily influenced by the fact that we are still pretty deep (SPR is still at ~4) and I'm blocking AK and AJ for value. I have a backdoor flush and backdoor broadway draw ourselves. Still, I should probably fold or raise? As played, I'm planning on bluffing a lot of rivers if turn goes x/x.
Turn ($1.82) 7 A 2 K
Hero checks, CO checks
I pick up showdown value so my goal changes to try to check down and win vs random hands villain might show up with.
River ($1.82) 7 A 2 K 2
Hero checks, CO bets $0.98, Hero raises to $4.34 and is all in, CO folds
Since I have showdown value, I don't like betting out. Villain bets a little over half pot and I have a bluff catcher. We are blocking KK (which I feel might cbet flop even though it shouldn't). AA should not check turn ever and we are putting hands like AQ and AJ in horrible spots by shoving. I would play AK the same way for value.

Edit: Just to be clear, I never thought about calling his river bet.
Final Pot SB wins $3.65
Rake is $0.13

What do you think of my river play? I understand that pre is probably a relatively bad call of his 4bet. Is floating flop out of position ever good? Thanks for your time and have a nice weekend.
