I don't think preflop that raising Q9s would have been a good play, however I do want to play the hand for strong nut value.
Flop the straight. I elect to check raise here because there's 2 clubs out there and I figure I want to charge the draws, and additionally maybe I can get value from twopairs/sets.
Turn pairs the board, not so good for my hand. Should I have check/called or check folded here? Thinking about this now, Villain was probably only going to call with better hands. What do you guys think?
