2nlz dangerous flop call, bad river sizing?
SB: $2.03
BB: $2.83
UTG: $1.00
MP: $5.66 (Hero)
CO: $2.00
MP wins $1.89
Rake is $0.07
SB is 25/14 with a 6% 3bet over 213 hands. Previously called 2bets from blinds with 22-44, QJs, 74s, 54s, KJo.
Pre: Fairly standard. RFI from the HJ, get 3bet by SB, call, capping myself.
Flop: Good for both of our ranges. He can have AA, KK, QQ, JJ QJs, AQs, AQo, AJs KQs, KJs, ATs, JTs. Hero can have AQs, AQo, AJs, ATs, KQs, Kjs, KTs, QJs, QTs, JTs, T9s. Against the 70% pot bet, I figure I need to call one. 29% pot odds with about that much equity with a MDF of 41%. I call, but I'm still a little unsure about this.
Turn: I think the K is better for his range, he's got AK and I don't. He checks however, and I elect to check, despite picking up to open-ender.
River: I get there for the second nuts. I think its very unlikely he has ATs, as there's only 2 combos of that left with my blockers, so I effectively have the nuts. There are however, many good hands he could have and call with. This is where I'm not sure if I made an error. should I have bet larger? I bet half pot, at the time thinking it was a bet he would call, but could have sized larger.
What do you guys think? Flop call good? Should I have sized differently on the river? Thanks!
