So pre I was thinking he can be ISOing fairly wide, once I 3B and get a 4B i aslo feel like this can still be viewed as me now being wide ranged? hence the call.
Post i am thinking if he has a pair and most likely a FD (Acx) hes callign off is he has TP he can still call as my line looks bluffy?
Or am i completely wrong and Ive just spewed off?

Looks low freq GTO to me :)
In all seriousness yes, this is not a hand to cold 3b, plenty of other hands, this one wants to just call and take a flop
Yeah the more i look at it the more i am disappointed... You getting it in on Flop?
Yeah I like to get in on flop as well
Totally unnecessary to get involved in such a bloated pot with 33. Call pre and take it from there. What if UTG is looking to limp/RR? Bad spot to be in with 33. Best outcome really is to get UTG to call. You get better odds on a set mine and get to act 2nd on the flop. SB did iso so he can certainly be cbeting on many flops. It's nice to have the option to attack SB cbet, donk out vs. a SB check or slowplay the right boards and try to bet both stacks.

Don't think and don't presume, don't adjust to something that's not there. 3b your standard range and expand it as you get information via stats telling you he is isolating wide or you actually see villain isolate with some out of line hand. This way you're just outlevelling yourself and cause yourself problems which results in lost money.
Guys before already explained the correct play and I agree 100%.
P.S.: Flop play was standard, but don't forget you should've never been in that situation in the first place. So, flop doesn't really matter in this hand.
Hello,
With 33, just call PF. To know if a set mining can be profitable, in a single-raised pot, you have to be able to earn 20 times the amount to call OOP, 15 times IP. With $0.06 to call, the effective stack is enough to call and set mine. In addition, 33 is part of the hands you like to play in a MWP in hope to see a huge pot and stack the villains off when you hit your set on the flop.
As played flop, this is a set-up, even if you have 7 outs to beat the villain’s flush (10 on the turn if you have not hit a full house or quads). Anyway, should you have made a classical raise or a raise all-in, the SPR led you to commitment.
