Good point for Raise? I thought the board hits much of my calling range but not enough equity for a call.

Call. You should raise gutshots and flushdraws as semy bluff and sets for value.
"but not enough equity for a call." Vs only a cbet top pair is always a call, there is never a situation where what you said is true.
And by raising you isolate yourself vs his top range. Let him bluff. Calldown on good runouts.
I think that calling and raising OTF are both decent options.
I'd mix it up depending on history with villain and game-flow. So if he's nitty I wouldn't raise but against aggressive or bad players I think it's good to have this in your raising range as long as you have a plan for later streets, and you know what to do on various board run-outs.
You have plenty of EV on a call with this hand.
The reason you raise this should be for value, balance or deception and to take away villain's initiative on a board that hits our range pretty hard. I expect villain might be on the bad aggressive side of things since this is a pretty terrible board for him to cbet with most of his range oop.
It makes later streets a bit simpler to play for us but we will be up against a stronger range when he calls.
So very often we will end up betting turn, and checking back river or checking back both turn, and river, checking back turn, calling river on decent run-outs and so on..
Just call the flop. Even if you were really sure that he had you beat you still have backdoor straight and flush draws as well as two pair outs.
OP, have you tried putting your hand in equilab against a MP opening range? Against a likely cbetting range?
You might be surprised how much equity your hand has ;)
