2nl Bad Overfold 3 ways?
Small sample size on both villains but UTG open shoved 600 bigs when i first sat down at the table and had been limp Xing until river and bluffing a couple times against me. This is Villain 2s first hand in 20 I've been sitting.
Winning Poker, Hold'em No Limit - $0.01/$0.02 - 5 players
UTG: $13.67 (684 bb)
CO (Hero): $2.32 (116 bb)
BU: $2.00 (100 bb)
SB: $2.07 (104 bb)
BB: $3.66 (183 bb)
Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is CO with A♥ J♦
UTG calls $0.02, Hero raises to $0.08, BTN calls $0.08, 2 players fold, UTG calls $0.06
Flop: ($0.27) J♣ 8♥ T♦ (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.08, BTN calls $0.08, UTG folds
Turn: ($0.43) Q♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks
River: ($0.43) A♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.32, CO (Hero) folds
Im not sure what to make of this one. Messing around in Flopzilla i can have up to 34% equity if villain has his 2p combos in his range, but him overcalling my iso pre confuses me more here. AJ feels like a bluff catch against the 2nl population.
Would love to hear some thoughts here because when i make calls like this they always just table the nuts at 2nl. would B/F be a better line?
