2nd nut flush facing river shove

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (4 Players) CO: $6.55
BN: $24.17
SB: $19.82 (Hero)
BB: $14.17
Villain is 38/22/AF=2, CB=76 over 1.5k hands
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with 9 K
CO raises to $0.20, BN folds, Hero calls $0.15, BB folds
I only have a calling range vs min raises in SB and also since he is a weaker player.
Flop ($0.50) T 7 8
Hero checks, CO checks
Since he's c-betting fairly often, I would think that he either flopped a monster or nothing at all although I doubt he wouldn't start betting w/ J9, 96 (if he opens it) and Axcc.
Turn ($0.50) T 7 8 2
Hero bets $0.25, CO calls $0.25
I think I should be betting bigger here, more like 4BB.
River ($1.00) T 7 8 2 4
Hero bets $0.60, CO raises to $6.10 and is all in, Hero calls $5.50
With the fourth club my first instinct was to fold but if I fold a Kc here then I am folding everything but the absolute nuts. Do you think we should fold here?
