25z Weird river spot vs polarised bet

Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with K A

4 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BB raises to $2.10, Hero raises to $6.10, BB calls $4.00

Maybe I should 4bet bigger preflop or call the 3bet that deep?

Hero checks, BB checks

What's the best line for this hand? Having the Kc here I prefer to x-c. I think he has a decent amount of slowplays so if I get raised here he's gonna be weighted towards sets, 2pairs more than FDs + I can call all club turns.

Turn ($12.20) K Q 6 5

Hero bets $4.50, BB calls $4.50

OTT I bet for some value/protection, I chose that sizing given it's a 4b pot. Maybe it's a mistake?

OTR My plan was to x-c every normal sizing, but when he puts me AI here, I just think he has very few bluffs.

Your line seems weak imo, so he took advantage of that.
If you go for 1/3 bet, I prefer to do it otf, since you checked on this flop and decided to bet turn, I would've went for 2/3 - 3/4 bet.

I'm at 16nlz and you're playing 25z, but this was my two cents ;)
