25Z multiway 3bet pot turn decision

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $15.02
SB: $27.15
BB: $35.60
UTG: $13.14
MP: $26.27
CO: $25.00 (Hero)
MP, SB and BB are all recreational players. BB is running 18/11 over 180 hands,
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with A A
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.50, Hero raises to $1.90, BN folds, SB calls $1.80, BB calls $1.65, MP folds
Flop ($6.20) 2 7 7
SB bets $2.96, BB calls $2.96, Hero calls $2.96
Turn ($15.08) 2 7 7 Q
SB checks, BB checks

So a couple of questions about this hand. On the flop, is raising more +EV than just calling? Both SB and BB's ranges are quite wide and pocket pair heavy and would likely call vs a small raise given the dry texture of the board. As played on the turn, if we are betting what sizing is best? I was thinking either 1/3p to get calls from worse pocket pairs or a larger sizing to get max value before another overcard to their ranges appears. Also. what would the plan be vs a x/shove from either player? Thanks!
