[25NLZ] Which line to take flop/turn/river to max value a fish?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $7.82
SB: $27.84 (Hero)
BB: $29.10
UTG: $12.51
MP: $16.95
CO: $26.53
Hi guys, villain is a 60/20 fish. My questions about this hand is more about the overall line, not only the river nor the turn.
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with J K
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.10, BB folds, MP calls $1.60
Pretty standard isolation 3bet pre.
Flop ($4.45) Q 4 T
Hero bets $1.40, MP calls $1.40
Standard cbet I guess, don't want to bet big in order to shove the turn with only an open/ender agaisnt a fish, right?
Turn ($7.25) Q 4 T 8
Hero checks, MP bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50
So OTT, villain has about 13$ left behind, the pot is 7.25. I basically don't want to get shove and fold that much equity, that would be very bad. So decided to x/call, always better than x/fold or x/shove, even if oop, right? My plan was to donk All-in on any out that gives me a straight.
River ($14.25) Q 4 T 8 9
Hero bets $20.84 and is all in, MP calls $9.95 and is all in
There it is. I think versus this kind of villain, this is the highest EV move, right?
