[25NLz] What is Villains raising range in this spot?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $51.24
SB: $73.41
BB: $46.20 (Hero)
UTG: $29.67
MP: $43.84
CO: $25.00
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with T A
UTG raises to $0.75, MP calls $0.75, 3 folds, Hero raises to $3.10, UTG folds, MP calls $2.35
Flop ($7.05) A T 3
Hero bets $3.01, MP raises to $10.20, Hero calls $7.19
Turn ($27.45) A T 3 3
Hero checks, MP bets $8.58, Hero calls $8.58
River ($44.61) A T 3 3 8
Hero checks, MP bets $21.96 and is all in, Hero calls $21.96

Both V are average Regs on a small sample. I guess the SQZ is already quite marginal but I flop well and cbet.
V Range pre is capped to something like JJ-55,AQs-ATs,KQs-KTs,QJs-QTs,JTs,T9s,98s,AQo-AJo,KQo
Question is: OTF I cant see him raise any other hand than TT or AT in that spot... Do you?

I realized it on the turn when he bet small 4 value and I immediatley thought: "I guess he can only have TT or AT in that spot". However, I brainfarted the rest of the hand and called him down... Just to be sure :D

Anyway, do you see him raise any other combos OTF?
