25nlz squeezed pot flop decision.

UTG raises to $0.75, MP folds, CO calls $0.75, BN folds, Hero raises to $3.25, BB folds, UTG calls $2.50, CO calls $2.50
Flop ($10.00) 5 8 9
Hero checks, UTG bets $4.77, CO raises to $9.54, Hero folds, UTG calls $4.77

I had this weird hand today where I squeezed UTG/CO in the SB and the flop came down 589cc. I was really torn if I should cbet this hand or not. My plan was to check and decide since most of my hands would check and I have no real not type hands in my range and UTG/CO can have all sets/flushes. When either of them bet I would have called/jammed but when CO raises it just pushed me out of the pot since I don't really beat any of his value hands besides TT-JJ?

I don't think there's a lot of value in betting, when they can both credibly rep nuthands, so I would check most of the time too.
As played easy fold especially with you having Ac.
