Hi, button is a reg with 6% 3bet overall.
Preflop

Hero is CO with

Decided to go with the 4bet for this one, would do it less often than normal agaisnt him given his low 3bet frequency. I expect his range to be made of TT-QQ, AK, AQs, sometimes AJs, and some suited connectors.

Pretty much giving up here because his range is so narrow.

OTR we can target the AKdd, AKss, AKhh, TT-JJ, and maybe some A3s-A5s that will probably fold to a river bet, right? But blocking the JJs is pretty bad with our hand I guess. we are targetting about 15 combos in a 40 combo range, so betting 1/2 pot seems enough to be +EV here? Do you think he would fold some JJ agaisnt 1/2?

4bet sizing is way too low, u wont create any fold equity ag 6% 3bet range. I don't think u will balance enough checks on turn with value hands, that you could be bluffing river when u have 2value combos in your range, unless villain wont reconize that ur unbalanced
Yep didnt notice that my 4bet size was pretty low OOP. around 6$ would've been way better...
I could check QKo, AQo OTT. Is that not sufficient?
why u would ever 4bet aq in these positions? agree with kq, but that's only few more combos
I would just give up since he is tight(ish), we don't know if he is folding even AK here, not to mention TT-JJ.
I would look at more than just overall 3b here. What's his pfr/vpip? His fold to 4b? 6% 3b overall seems pretty tight to me and I would just fold preflop especially when his sizing is pretty big for in-position 3-bet.
Postflop, I would make even smaller c-bet, my standard in 4b pots is 25%. And after the c-bet I would give up like others have said. This tight guy won't have much to fold and you can't even be sure he doesn't slowplay KK+, seen many times over in NL20-50.
