[25NLz] AA value jam on river, maybe too thin

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $10.10
SB: $38.94
BB: $24.68
UTG: $26.74
MP: $24.66
CO: $61.40 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with A A
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.25, 3 folds, MP calls $1.50
I assume villain is possibly fishy as they are playing below full stack, but this may not be the case. Stats are 23/14 over 22 hands.
Flop ($4.85) 6 K Q
MP checks, Hero bets $1.57, MP calls $1.57
Full range cbet for 1/3 pot
Turn ($7.99) 6 K Q 3
MP checks, Hero bets $6.10, MP calls $6.10
Size up turn, my range is strong, set up river jam for same %.
River ($20.19) 6 K Q 3 T
MP checks, Hero bets $15.42, MP calls $14.74 and is all in
The Ten is not a great card because it brings in some 2pr. I still decided to jam for value.
Final Pot MP wins and shows two pair, Kings and Queens.
CO lost and shows a pair of Aces.
MP wins $47.67
Rake is $2.00

I want to be called by a King here, but he only really has KJ as AK is blocked and often 4bets. Maybe he has KJo but then he also may have KTo which is bad. Should we check back, or bet smaller, on this river? I have loads of strong value like KK QQ KQ so AA is not that strong in my range. Should I also check back AK? Feels so nitty.

At the time I was thinking his KQ would raise earlier, but in hindsight it seems correct for him to not have raises as this board favours me so much.

I am also struggling to find hands I bluff with on this river, what hands would anyone find to triple barrel bluff with? The natural bluff straight draws have all made pairs or straights, so maybe my 3 JTs combos have to fire, and that by itself isn't enough really.
