I was thinking my hand certainly does have showdown value, but it's really hard to take it to showdown cheap. Whether I call or raise OTF, I need to x/f a lot if villain continues. When I make my flush I need to fold a lot due to higher flushes and when I just keep my pair I only beat missed flush draws if villain continues. My hand seemed like it was worth playing so I decided to raise for extra fold equity (also his bet size looks a little weak, do you agree?) and to exterminate some hands that might win if I just call. But my line would pretty much be x/f to any bet later on. Is this line too weak to continue with OTF? Are there better ways to play this hand?
