[25NL]CO vs BB: AQs facing a ck/raise OTT

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $27.37
SB: $25.00
BB: $26.82
UTG: $40.43
MP: $25.00
CO: $35.63 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with A Q
UTG calls $0.25, MP folds, Hero raises to $1.20, 2 folds, BB calls $0.95, UTG folds
Flop ($2.75) Q 2 5
BB checks, Hero bets $1.71, BB calls $1.71
Turn ($6.17) Q 2 5 Q
BB checks, Hero bets $4.25, BB raises to $12.35
Do we just get it in and consider it a cooler if we're up against 22's and 55's?

Villain is a decent reg 23/18/9.5/54.3 over 4k hands. WWSF 45, WTSD 27

Not sure what your iso range preflop looks like, but imo 22 isnt always in our range, 55 probably yeah, then AQ,KQ,QJ,QTs,Q9s (maybe Q8s), Villain might have some AQ which can take this line as imo even KQ is a thin value raise to get value from our weaker Qx and also charge our nutFDs.

That said, I dont have enough confidence that he isnt valuebetting KQ and we have split equity from AQ. Plus the fact that 22-55 might raise the flop at some frequency. I can also think of some possible bluffs Ad3d,Ad4d. So I wouldnt fold at this point.

To decide whether to rip or just call, I would consider mainly the fact how often is he gonna fire with his possible bluffs OTR. Since I doubt that his bluffing frequency is somewhat high, I like to just call and fold on a diamond river. Mainly because when flush comes in, I dont think that we dominate any portion of his valuebetting range - KQ would be too thin. I would also fold on a K river for the same reason.
