I almost considered not 3betting this hand given how deep we were, for precisely this reason lol. I'm not really sure if I'm supposed to XR a set on the flop when we're this deep either. I thought about it and decided to go for it since villain has a lot more combos of AA and AK than of KK. Then again, a bunch of AK combos probably check this board back or c-bet smaller.

Turn is interesting because he has QQ pre but I don't think he c-bets 1/2 pot with it. AQ prob doesn't 4bet pre either, and I have AQ, QQ, and occasionally KQs, so I def have the Qx advantage. But I don't know what I'm supposed to do cause I have a bluff catcher at this point, but I could potentially turn my set into a bluff if I think V is capable of folding top set (not likely).

flop check is perfectly fine here
river you have a bluff catcher, so leaning towards folding
Silly 4bet by IP player. Guess you can 3bet him pretty often, if he gives such great odds for call 4b.
Turn you can bet small, don't think anything will shove against small bet. River is pretty tough he literally can have only few better hands, however his bluffing range is something like AK which can take showdown I suppose
What you a good 4bet size be? Both IP and OOP?
If 3bettor would be a std reg, what would be your starting 4betting range?
Hero 3bet is on smaller side as well. His sizing is okay for 100BB, but for ~200BB deep he gotta size up maybe over 23bb.
BB 3bets pretty linear range here and he gets good odds to peel all PP, suited broadways and suited connectors.
Thanks Jeff_
One last question though, you say BB 3bets a linear range bc Hero is 3betting TT or are you saying we should 3bet a linear range? Asking as I'm 3betting polarized here as std, unless I have reads Villain is on the fishy side
my mistake it is semi-linear. Vs small open size we incentive to go different than vs 3x for example where it is going to be slightly more polar.
Something like 99+(at some%), A2-A5s(some%), Suited broadways(some %) and Suited connectors pretty much solver 3betting range from BB vs normal open.
Id agree that you have Q advantage OTT if the action went X/C OTF, but you raised the flop and I doubt you go for such a move with QQ, KQs (maybe spades) or AQ (probs mainly with As), no?
Turn im probably betting small.
River probably X/F? Dont see him betting again with AA or AK or bluffing too much
That's a good point. I guess my XR leaves me only with QJs, AsQs, KsQs for Qx on the turn.
