I would prolly raise his small turn bet, to me it looks like a block with a hand that doesnt know what to do, but wants to see the river.
I think raising the river as played is ok just because It really looks like he hit top set honestly lol. When he shoves tho I think we have to make a disciplined fold because I dont see him coming back over top with anything less than the nuts.
Id definitely make a note on his turn sizing
I agree, he would only reraise you on the river with the absolutes
