IP on SB Effective 200BB deep, easy call.

I thought the SB would C/R vs the fish with a relatively wide range trying to force me out and get HU with the fish once the board came out pretty wet. SBs range? TT+, AQ, KQ, QJs, QTs. I thought the SB would still have strong hands in his range because I don't think he'd 3Bet them preflop because the CO's pathetic stack and SB would be looking to get me to come along in the BB 200BB deep and trap? Based on this I didn't raise the flop and just flatted, hoping he'd fire the turn again, or should I have raised?

When he checks, I think he's weak (well relative to a C/R pot).

The River is a blank, I bet half pot for value, but at the same time, if the SB would have shoved AI over top for 125BB, I'd have likely puked and called and lost to QQ, JJ or QJ....errr I mean I'd fold.

When I started typing this I thought I might have missed out on some value, but in the end I did get a 100BBs with the 4th nuts, which is pretty good.
