BTN is unknown with two hands on him., one of which he folded. Although stack size leads me to infer he's fishy.

On the River is it reasonable to think I can get value from AT, KT, JT, QJ, KQ and maybe AQ (vs fish BTN). Once I bet, if someone hit the BDFD, I'm sure I'd hear from them. I figured 78 raises the turn to charge any BDFDs. Is my sizing river sizing okay?

Not sure I like the SB flat. Against a 100BB stack, definitely 3-bet or fold. He has an amount where you can very easily attack him. If you make it 2.50, he'll have a little too much to jam, but too little to call light.
You absolutely have to check this river 3-way. When BTN calls on the T river, he has Tx which he might call with, but also KJ/J8 and any spade draw. And you have the BB to worry about too.
It's actually a c/f, since the hands you're trying to get value from will check behind, and the hands that now beat you will value bet.
Thanks for the reply Chael. I was wondering if 3Bet was better than flatting here, if you are saying it is, clearly it is. So duly note. As for the rest, I appreciate the direct and honest feedback. Clearly, I butchered it, but got lucky in the end.
Totally agree with Chael regarding the preflop line. Just wanted to expand that our decision whether to 3-bet/fold versus button open is determined by our post-flop reads. Providing that we have reads on how he plays various boards, I'd favor a 3bet. Without a read, it's a fold, since we are OOP and it'll be difficult to play post-flop.
hm...not sure if XF is that clear tbh....see some 67 and 89 combos that might take this line and will have to bluff river...but agree its pretty close and i def aggree with chael about preflop...
I think you can go for a smaller size on the river to lose less when you`re beat.
Better to don't bet then.
I think that at these stakes most of the players are lose passive and in this spot they`ll probably check behind Tx and Qx on the river but call a small bet. With those stacks they look like recreational players and they`ll always find a worse hand to call in close spots.
So we don't check for lose less when we are beat (it make no sense) but bet less because we don't think villain will call with enough worst hands if we bet too big to make the bet profitable (EV- bet) but will call a smaller bet with a wider range (+EV bet).
PF fold > 3-bet >> call IMO, postflop is fine but I also prefer a smaller river valuebet (not betting against this villain it's a clear mistake IMHO).
