25nl zoom - AQ TPTK in 3bet pot

BN: $29.03
SB: $25.35
BB: $34.55
UTG: $26.58
HJ: $26.27
CO: $25.35 (Hero)
No hands on BTN, BB is 17/17/11 with 100% cbet over 48 hands (I know it's a small sample but probs means unlikely to be too crazy?)
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BN calls $0.75, SB folds, BB raises to $3.10, Hero calls $2.35, BN calls $2.35
This is my standard, I think I'm likely to dominate a lot of his range, I can continue on a lot of flops and don't think this is strong enough to get it in.
Flop ($9.65) 2 J Q (3 Players)
BB bets $4.50, Hero calls $4.50, BN folds
I assume this is fairly standard, I'm guessing he's cbetting a lot of his range and I'm probs ahead of enough hands.
Turn ($18.65) 2 J Q 8 (2 Players)
BB bets $9.25, Hero calls $9.25
Now he bets over half my stack on the turn (I have $8.50 behind). I think he can have basically every hand that beats me and will bet them most of the time, so should I be shoving here to protect against hands like AsTx? Or is this a fold? I think calling is probs the worst option as it doesn't achieve anything but hindsight is 20:20.
River ($37.15) 2 J Q 8 7 (2 Players)
BB bets $17.62, Hero calls $8.50, and is all in
Now I'm just getting really good pot odds and feel like I have to call in case he has AsX or a chop. Sometimes people show up with random spaz too, but I'm really more concerned with the turn play.
